Welcome to the Gila County Clerk of the Superior Court Self Service Center. The Self Service Center is designed to provide information and legal forms for persons who are representing themselves in court. The information is intended to help individuals through the court system. Each packet contains the instructions, as well as the official documents for legal procedures. Please be sure to read all the instructions to avoid any delay in filing forms.

FILING: Prepared forms must be printed and filed with the Clerk of the Superior Court. You should go to the court at least two hours before it closes. You may file your papers at the following Superior Court locations:

If you cannot, or do not want to file the documents in person, you can also mail the documents to the Clerk of the Court.  Provide a self-addressed, stamped envelope with proper postage so that the Clerk can return your “conformed” (stamped by court staff) copies to you.                     

FEES:  There are fees for filing various forms with the Court.  Cash, VISA/MasterCard debit or credit cards, money order, or personal in-state check made payable to the “Clerk of Superior Court” are acceptable forms of payment. All fees are subject to change. You may wish to contact the Clerk’s Office to verify the amount of the filing fees for your case.
