She was able to get away from him when someone knocked on the door. In July 1998 the offender's girlfriend reported he has been molesting her 11 year old daughter since 1997. This victim described a "signal" he would give her to let her know it was time for one of their "encounter". He would have her lie down with her legs on his lap and cover her face with a blanket. Then he would pull her shorts and panties down and rub her vagina and eventually inset his finger into her. In 1999 he was pled no contest to sexual conduct with a minor in Cochise County and sentenced to 6 months in county jail. |

He is now registered in Gila County and compliant on his registration requirements. |

On 7/4/98 he approached 23 year old victim at his neighbor's house, put his arm around her neck and squeezed her breasts. On 7/29/98 an adult female returned to her guest house and found items missing including a drawer full of underwear. He admits to having a fetish for collecting women's underwear and starting a pubic hair collection. He was convicted of sexual assault & sentenced to 7 years in DOC. |
