The victim, a 10 year old female told police the offender was babysitting for her and other children. The offender tries to kiss her and slid his fingers under her shorts and on her "privates". She was able to get away from him when someone knocked on the door. In July 1998 the offender's girlfriend reported he has been molesting her 11 year old daughter since 1997. This victim described a "signal" he would give her to let her know it was time for one of their "encounter". He would have her lie down with her legs on his lap and cover her face with a blanket. Then he would pull her shorts and panties down and rub her vagina and eventually inset his finger into her. In 1999 he pled no contest to sexual conduct with a minor in Cochise County and sentenced to 6 months in county jail. |

He choked her, ripped her clothes off, threatened to kill her, forced her to have vaginal intercourse at least three times, forced her to perform oral sex on him, and to take a shower with him while he penetrated her vagina with his fingers. Around 2:30AM he passed out due to alcohol intoxication and the victim fled the area. This took place on the San Carlos Apache Tribe Reservation in Federal Jurisdiction. He was convicted in Federal Court of aggravated sexual abuse and sentenced to 235 mos. in prison. In 1981 he was convicted of voluntary manslaughter and served 6 yrs. in Federal Prison. |

He was sentenced to 7 years in Arizona DOC. On 06-03-08 the offender was arrested and convicted in Pima County for failure to register as a sex offender. He spent 2 years in Arizona DOC. He is now registered in Gila County and compliant on his registration requirements. |

It was reported to the police and during the interviews it was discovered the offender had also molested his daughter. His daughter said the incidents continued for about 5 years. The offender would fondle her breast and digitally penatrated her vagina. He was found guilty and sentenced to 10 years in Arizona DOC. |

During these dates he and his teenage daughter were temporarily residing with the victim and her mother because they were homeless. On several occassions the victim would wake up with the offender's hand under her shirt fondling her breast. On one occasion the victim woke up with the offender's hand under her shirt and sweat pants, fondling her breast and vaginal area. The victim reported the molestation to the father of a friend who reported this to Payson Police. The offender was found guilty of sexual abuse and sentenced to 5 years in DOC. |

He denied any involvement, but did admit to having a sexual relationship with her. He stated the last time he had sexual intercourse with her was the day before the party. In May 2003 he was arrested for failure to register his change of address from Phoenix to Globe. He was sentenced to 2.5 years in DOC for this offense. |

The victim woke up when she felt something on her thighs and the offender was lying next to her. She yelled and he left the bedroom. She discovered he had spread vasoline on her inner thighs and vulva. On 07-04-98 he approached a 23 year old victim at his neighbors house where he put his arms around her neck and squeezed her breasts. On 07-29-98 an adult female victim returned to her home and found a gym bag with clothing missing and a drawer full of underware missing. He admits to a fetish for collecting women's underware and to starting a pubic hair collection. He spent 9 years in DOC. |

On 04-07-92 he accepted a plea agreement to attempted sexual abuse of a child and was sentenced to 0-5 years in prison. He was released from prison and placed on probation. On 03-14-2001 he was arrested in Pinal County for sexual conduct with a minor. The charge is the result of him having sexual relations with a 16 year old girl on two seperate occasions. On 09-24-01 he went to DOC and released on 12-23-02. On 04-15-09 he went back to DOC for drug violations. He has been released from DOC and is current on his regiatration requirements. |
