In 2001 the 15 year old offender molested his 13 year old sister. The mother's boyfriend walked in on the victim performing oral sex on the offender. During questioning the offender admitted masturbating in front of the victim while she was naked, fondling her and digitally penetrating her. He also admitted to having intercourse with the victim. Victim also reported the offender made her mastrubate him & rub his penis between her breasts until he ejaculated on her. The offender used mind games to lure the victim into the situations by telling her he would kill himself. In 2008 & 2006 the offender was arreseted and convicted of failure to register as a sex offender in Maricopa County and sentenced to a term in Arizona DOC.

In 1994 the 14 year old female victim met the 21 year old offender for the first time while walking in her neighborhood. The offender asked how old the victim was and he told her he was 19 years old. Victim invited offender to her home that evening. Offender told her he could "teach her everything she wanted to know about sex". The next day he returned to her home and they went into the back yard. He bagan to massage her neck, put his hands under her shirt and grabbed her breasts. She ran into the house and called the police. He was found guilty of attempted sexual abuse and sentenced to Arizona DOC. He also has an extensive history of contact with law enforcement.

On 4-16-89 in Hillsborough New Hamshire the 20 year old offender had consensual intercourse with the 14 year old female victim. They met a month earlier and maintained contact. He had intercourse with her when she spent the night at his apartment. The victim said he knew her age but did not mind taking the risk. He was sentenced to probation but in 1992 he was arrested for probation violation and sentenced to 2 years DOC. In 2000 Mesa Police arrested him for failure to register and sent to DOC for 2.5 years. Gila County  arrested and convicted him of failure to register in 2006, he was sentenced to 2.6 years in DOC.

On 2-13-2000 the 11 year old female victim reported  that the 46 year old suspect, a friend and baby sitter of the family, changed the diaper of her younger sister and rubbed powder on her for an extended period of time. She also reported that her 10 year old female friend had also been molested. Both victims stated the offender had attempted several times to have vaginal intercourse by moving up and down with his penis between their legs and at times he would try to enter them. Both victims stated he touched and rubbed their vagina area and made them touch his penis several times. He did digitally penetrate the 11 year old. The 10 year old told him to stop and he placed his hand over her mouth and later told her he would slap her if she did not stop moving and not to tell anyone. The offender was sentenced to DOC for five years.

The 18 year old victim stopped at the offender’s residence attempting to buy beer. The offender grabbed her by the waist and took her into the bathroom. He forced her onto the floor and had sexual intercourse with her. He told her that he would only stop if she gave him “hickies”. He was sentenced to 10.5 yrs. in a Federal Correction Facility.
