In 1994 the 14 year old female victim met the 21 year old offender for the first time while walking in her neighborhood. The offender asked how old the victim was and he told her he was 19 years old. Victim invited offender to her home that evening. Offender told her he could "teach her everything she wanted to know about sex". The next day he returned to her home and they went into the back yard. He bagan to massage her neck, put his hands under her shirt and grabbed her breasts. She ran into the house and called the police

The 18 year old victim stopped at the offender’s residence attempting to buy beer. The offender grabbed her by the waist and took her into the bathroom. He forced her onto the floor and had sexual intercourse with her. He told her that he would only stop if she gave him “hickies”. He was sentenced to 10.5 yrs. in a Federal Correction Facility.
