The 22 year old suspect broke into the victim’s apartment in the early morning hours. While he was raping her she was screaming when her 11 year old son woke. She told him to close the door and the suspect raped her twice more. She told him she had to go to work and drove him to his residence and went to work. Once at work she called police and reported this. He was convicted and sentenced to 2.5 years in DOC.
