In July 1998 the offender admitted to having consensual sexual contact with a 15 year old female. He was convicted of statutory rape of a child in Dallas County Texas. He was incarcerated for 90 days and then 6 years probation. He was arrested in Gila County for failure to register his new address. He is now current on the registration requirements.

In 1994 the 14 year old female victim reported that her 40 year old father had molested her for approximately 8 years. Investigations revealed the offender exposed his penis, had the victim mastrubate him, and fondled her on several occasions.Victim indicated he had intercourse with her. The offender was heavily abusing alcohol and drugs at the time. He was sentenced to 10.5 years DOC, released and is current on his registration requirements.

The offender had been having oral, vaginal, and anal sex with his step-brother and step-sister, ages 4 and 7 for about 3 years. The offender was arrested and convicted as a juvenile and put on supervised probation. He vilolated probataion and was brought before the courts. This time he was placed on intensive supervised probation until age 25. He turned 18 and violated probation again so the intitial charges were re-instated and he was sent to DOC for child molestation.

  During the summer of 1994 the 31 year old suspect molested his 9 year old daughter on several occasions and had sexual contact with her 12 year old friend. The offender forced the victim to perform fellatio, rubbed his penis between her legs, and forced her to masturbate him until ejaculation.On one occasion the offender exposed his penis to the victim and her friend. About two weeks after the exposure he locked the victim, her sister, and her brother in the closet and told the 12 year old friend to lay down on the couch and then laid on top of her. Casa Grand police investigated and arrested him. He was sentenced to a term in DOC, and is now current on his registration requirements.

In 1999 he was arrested for failure to report a change of address and put on probation.

In 1995 the offender managed a fast food restaurant in Plano, Texas. 2 female employees accused him of verbal and sexual harassment. They claimed he would grab their buttocks and remarked they should sit on a table and play with themselves and maybe get a threesome going. On 1 occasion he grabbed the breasts of one victim and told her to perform oral sex on him. He was sentenced to 4.5 years in Texas DOC.

In 1995 police investigated a report of the 39 year old offender, who was a high school teacher, having a sexual relation with a 17 year old female student which lasted for several months. The offender also held frequent parties at his house which students attended where he furnished alcohol and marijuana. He was sentenced to 2.5 years in Arizona DOC for sexual conduct with a minor.

In 1992 the 43 year old offender admitted he molested his 11 year old son. The offender admitted to police that he had been molesting the victim. He admitted to receiving oral sex from the victim approximately 8 or 9 times and to masturbating in front of the victim. The mother of the victim walked in on him and witnessed the act. He was sentenced to 10 years in Arizona DOC.

In December 1994 the offender was in his apartment with his wife, sister-in-law & her husband, male friend, and his roommate. All were drinking heavily except the offender. He made sexual advances to his sister-in-law but she refused his advances. All fell asleep except the offender. The victim woke up, went to her bedroom and passed out. When she awoke the offender had removed her clothes and was having sex with her. In August 1995 he was arrested by the police for sexual assault in the 3rd degree and sentenced to 3 years intensive probation In Thornton Colorado. In June 1996 he violated probation for theft of a vehicle. On 08-26-96 his probation was revoked on the original sex charge and sentenced to 3 years in Colorado DOC. In 1998 he was arrested in Las Vegas for failure to register as a sex offender.
