The offender admitted to police that he had been molesting the victim. He admitted to receiving oral sex from the victim approximately 8 or 9 times and to masturbating in front of the victim. All were drinking heavily except the offender. He made sexual advances to his sister-in-law but she refused his advances. All fell asleep except the offender. The victim woke up, went to her bedroom and passed out. When she awoke the offender had removed her clothes and was having sex with her. In August 1995 he was arrested by the police for sexual assault in the 3rd degree and sentenced to 3 years intensive probation In Thornton Colorado. In June 1996 he violated probation for theft of a vehicle. On 08-26-96 his probation was revoked on the original sex charge and sentenced to 3 years in Colorado DOC. His probation was later revoked and he was sent to Utah DOC. In 2001 he was arrested for failure to register and sentenced to 60 days County Jail. In 2002 he was arrested again for failure to register his address change. On 11-29-07 a 2 count warrant was issued for failure to register his new address. He was arrested on the warrant and sentenced to 2.5 years in Arizona DOC. |
