In July 1992 in an area known as "Round Table" on the San Carlos Indian Reservation thefemale was passed out in the offender's vehicle from drinking all night. The offender, 2 males, and a female were in the car when she woke up. When she got out of the vehicle the offender pushed her to the ground. The offender instructed the two males to grab her legs while he removed her clothes. He proceeded to rape the victim and when he was finished another male inserted a solid object inside her. It was determined she was 19 1/2 weeks pregnant at the time of the rape. He was sentenced to Federal Prison and released on parole. He violated his parole and was sentenced to Federal Prison to finish his sentence and has since been released.
