Monday – January 7, 2008 at midnight is your last chance to register to vote for the February 5, 2008 Presidential Preference Election. In Arizona you have to be registered as a Democrat or Republican to vote in the Presidential Preference Election. You can register on line at www.azsos.gov or www.gilacountyaz.gov (click on the elections department then click on the state recorders office link) or go to the Recorders Office in Globe or Payson before 5:00 p.m. and fill the form out onsite or take it home fill it out and mail it as long as it is postmarked by midnight tonight. |
