   Where and when can I get my immunizations?Immunizations are administered by Registered Nurses at both the Globe and Payson offices. Please call (928) 425-3189 for our current immunization schedule. Immunizations are also administered on the first Friday of every month in the nurse’s office of the Hayden/Winkleman Elementary School.  It is recommended that you phone ahead {(520) 356-7876} to make sure that a nurse will be available.

How much will my immunizations cost me?
The Gila County Office of Health Services encourages all adults to stay up-to-date with their immunizations.  The following vaccines are available for adults:

  •  Td (Tetanus/Diptheria) - 65+ yrs

  •  Tdap (Tetanus/Diptheria/Pertussis) 19-64yrs
     $ 38.00      
  • MMR (Measles/Mumps/Rubella)
     $ 43.00
  • Hepatitis A (2 shot series)
     $ 42.00
  • Hepatitis B (3 shot series)
     $81.00
  • Hepatitis A/B (Twinrex) (3 shot series)
     $ 120.00
  • Varicella (2 shot series)
     $ 140.00
  • PPd (TB Skin Test)

How will I know about the immunizations I receive?You will be given written information regarding each immunization you receive.  For more information on vaccines and to view vaccine information statements please visit the CDC Website at www.cdc.gov/nip.  In addition, the nurse will record the immunizations in an adult immunizations booklet that is yours to keep.  You should bring this booklet with you for each visit.  This record is very important, so please take care of it.
