Citizens wishing to obtain public records or a copy of a report must complete and submit a "Non-Commercial Purpose Public Record Request" form. A link to this form is provided at the bottom of this page.
Report requests may take up to 14 days to process, depending on the nature of the incident and if the case is still under investigation. Most reports will be available 7 working days after the date the request was submitted. A Records Division staff member will contact you when your request has been completed and is ready for pick up or to notify you that it has been mailed to you.
If you are requesting photographs, you will be contacted once they have been processed with the total cost and when they will be available for pick-up.
Please note: picture identification will be required and a copy will be made for recording keeping purposes at the time of pick up of any report or record.
Traffic Accident Reports
Most traffic accident reports are available 14 business days from the date of the accident. Once a report has been completed and submitted to the Records Division by the Deputy, it may take Records Staff an additional 72 hours to process your request. You may contact the Records Division at (928)402-1880 to check on report availability.
PER ARIZONA REVISED STATUTES § 28-667, EXAMINING OR RECEIVING COPIES OF ACCIDENT REPORTS/PUBLIC RECORDS FOR COMMERCIAL SOLICITATION IS PROHIBITED BY ARIZONA STATE LAW.
Other Written Reports
Deputies have 10 working days to complete and submit all other written reports to the Records Division. This would include thefts, burglaries, auto thefts, etc.
Adult Arrest Record
Citizens wishing to obtain a copy of their arrest record and/or booking photo must complete and submit a "Non-Commercial Purpose Public Record" form.

The first copy of a report is provided at no-charge to the victim of that crime.
There is a charge of $8.00 for the first 20 pages of a report, each page thereafter is charged at a rate of $0.25 per page. We will also email a max of 20 pages at no charge.
The charge for an Adult Arrest Record is $8.00.
The charge for Booking Photos is $0.25 per page or email at no charge.
The charge for CD/DVD's is $25.00 per each CD/DVD.
Any information can be requested by mail, fax, pick up or just recently up to 20 pages emailed.
