Civil Unit

The Gila County Sheriff's Office Civil Division is charged with serving legal documents originating from the Superior Courts, Justice Courts, attorneys and private individuals.  The Civil Division also assists citizens and attorneys in both pre-judgment and post-judgment remedies by executing on writs of execution, writs of restitution, writs of replevin, writs of garnishment, writs of attachment, etc. 

The Gila County Sheriff's Office Civil Division is available Monday through Friday between the hours of 7:00 a.m. until 5:00 p.m.

Fees are chargeable in civil actions by the Sheriff, Constables and Private Process Servers as per A.R.S.§11-445.  Please refer to the table below for a list of locations, documents and fees or click here for a printable copy of the Civil Service Fees Table.  Payment must be made by Money Order, Cashier’s Check or Business Checks ONLY.  
As of August 1, 2018 we are no longer able to accept Cash or Personal Checks.
