Vital Records

Gila County provides Death Certificates upon request.  In order for a certificate to be obtained, various documents may be required, depending on each individual case.  Please contact a Gila County Registrar for more information on required documents.

Note: Any Death Certificates dated before 2008 must be obtained through the Arizona Department of Health Services Office of Vital Records.

Fees

$20.00 per certified copy

BIRTH CERTIFICATES

Gila County does not issue birth certificates at this time. All certified copies of birth certificates may be obtained from the Arizona Department of Health Services Office of Vital Records.  Other counties may provide this service also.
