 12-01-03 01/10/12  01/10/12 - Continuing to the January 24, 2012, Board of Supervisors' regular meeting the adoption of Resolution No. 12-01-03 regarding Gila County Planning and Zoning Department Case No. CUP-11-02, an application submitted by William Jacobs for a Conditional Use Permit on Gila County Assessor's tax parcel numbers 302-32-031A and 302-32-032A located at 469 and 527 W. Eleanor in East Verde Park, Payson, Arizona, to allow parcels to be used as a church retreat.  (Note:  This item was continued to 1/24/12.)
01/24/12 - Continuing a public hearing held by the Board of Supervisors on January 10, 2012, to consider the adoption of  Resolution No. 12-01-03 regarding Gila County Planning and Zoning Department Case No. CUP-11-02, an application submitted by William Jacobs for a Conditional Use Permit on Gila County Assessor's tax parcel numbers 302-32-031A and 302-32-032A located at 469 and 527 W. Eleanor Drive in East Verde Park, Payson, Arizona; approval will allow parcels to be used as a church retreat with conditions.  (Note:  Applicant submitted a letter withdrawing his Application for a CUP; the Board approved the withdrawal of the Application.)

05/22/12  Authorizing the submission of an Application for FY 2012 State Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) funds in the amount of $104,276 that will be used for a proposed CDBG housing rehabilitation project in Gila County and an additional $300,000 in State Special Project funds to be utilized for Rehabilitation, Acquisition and Replacement Housing for FY 2013 and to adopt related Resolution Nos. 12-05-02,12-05-03,12-05-04, which are included as part of the application.
12-05-05  05/01/12  Declaring continued support to maintain the projects described in the Arizona Department of Transportation's Five Year Transportation Facilities Construction Program as reconstruction and lane additions to U.S. 60, the Silver King and Superior Streets sections, to begin no later than FY 2013.
12-06-01  06/05/12  Naming a previously unnamed section of road in Tonto Basin to be called N. Chaparral Trail.

12-07-02  07/17/12  Authorizing County staff to electronically submit a Grant Application to the Arizona Department of Transportation Multimodal Planning Division for Planning Assistance for Rural Areas (PARA) program funding to assist the County with long range transportation planning issues.
12-07-03  07/17/12 Authorizing the adoption of the final 2012-2013 fiscal year budget for Gila County in the amount of $96,468,130.

 12-09-03 09/04/12 Electing Gila County's Share of the State Payment Option of the "Secure Rural Schools and Community Self-Determination Act of 2000" and further electing to allocate 80 percent of that payment to Title I and 20 percent to Title II of the Secure Rural Schools and Community Self Determination Act.
 12-10-01 10/09/12 Authorizing the execution of Amendment No. One to an Intergovernmental Agreement (AG Contract No. P0012011 000387) between Gila County and the State of Arizona, Department of Transportation, for the construction of pedestrian sidewalks along Six Shooter Canyon Road in Globe, Arizona
 12-10-02 10/09/12 Modifying the Gila County Comprehensive Master Plan by approving Gila County Planning and Zoning Department Case No. CPA-12-01, a request by Robert Verheyen, agent for owner J Pak Revocable Living Trust, and modifying property from residential 2 to 3.5 DU/AC to neighborhood commercial to allow a retail business.
 12-10-03 10/16/12 Authorizing the submission of an application for Fiscal Year 2012 State Housing Funds (SHF), (which may include Federal Funding through the Home Investment Partnership Program or State Housing Fund) certifying that said application meets the Community's previously identified housing and community development needs and the requirements of the State Housing Fund Program, and authorizing all actions necessary to implement and complete the activities outlined in said application. 
12-10-04 10/16/12 Authorizing the adoption of Housing Services Program Guidelines dated April 2, 2012, in relation to an application for Fiscal Year 2012 State Housing Funds (which may include Federal Funding through the Home Investment Partnership Program or State Housing Fund) for a housing rehabilitation activity. 
12-12-01 12/4/12 Renewal of Franchise granted to Collins Ranch Water Users' Association, Inc., for the purpose of entering all present and future public highways, roads, streets, alleys, thoroughfares, (except state highways and except within the present confines of any incorporated city or town) through December 3, 2027, unless terminated, to construct, operate and maintain water service facilities within the unincorporated areas of Gila County.
