11-04-04   04/05/11 Authorizing the execution of an Intergovernmental Agreement (AG Contract No. P0012011 000392) between Gila County and the State of Arizona, Department of Transportation, at an estimated total project cost of $521,166 for pedestrian sidewalks along Main Street in Globe from U.S. Highway 60 to the intersection of Golden Hill Road.
11-04-05 04/05/11 Calling upon the Arizona Department of Transportation to install signalized pedestrian crossings, or, at a minimum, install the "HAWK System" of flashing red lights operable by pedestrians, in order to create adequate gaps in traffic for safe crossing in order to avoid death or serious physical injury to Globe students or citizens at this known dangerous location.

11-06-03 06/07/11 Amending the Gila County Redistricting Advisory Committee Guidelines, which were established by Gila County Resolution 11-03-03, to provide for the establishment of study groups.
11-06-04 06/07/11 Establishing fees for Medical Marijuana Program Conditional Use Permits, all of which are a part of the Gila County Planning and Zoning Ordinance.
11-06-05 06/28/11 Authorizing the Gila County Probation Department's participation in the FY 2011-2012 Family Counseling Program through the Arizona Supreme Court, Administrative Office of the Courts, Juvenile Justice Services Division, and certifying that a matching fund requirement of $2,308 for the Program will be provided by the County. 
11-06-07 06/28/11 Approving Gila County Planning and Zoning Department Case No. CUP-11-01, an application submitted by Susan and Richard Ray for a Conditional Use Permit on Gila County Assessor's tax parcel number 301-52-003K, located at 4997 Walnut Lane in Pine, Arizona, to allow for multi-family duplex use.

08/02/11 Authorizing the submission of an Application for FY 2011 State Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) funds in the amount of $120,218 that will be used for a proposed CDBG housing rehabilitation project in Gila County, and to adopt related Resolution Nos. 11-08-01, 11-08-02 and 11-08-03, which are included as part of the Application.
11-08-04 08/15/11 Approving the disposal of an unnecessary public roadway being a portion of Evalinda Drive, King Addition Subdivision, official map no. 196, and authorizing the Chairman to execute and deliver in the name and under the seal of the County of Gila, a quit claim deed conveying the abandoned roadway to John D. Cotterill.

11-10-03 10/18/11 Authorizing the execution of an Intergovernmental Agreement IGA/JPA 11-028I (AG Contract No. P001 2011 002870) between Gila County and the State of Arizona, Department of Transportation, at an estimated total project cost of $506,903 for pedestrian rest stop shelters in various locations within Pine and Strawberry.
11-11-01 11-01-01 Designating Homestead Avenue and Kachina Trail as Country Dirt Roads and accepting said roads into the Gila County Maintained Roadway System and authorizing the Chairman’s signature on the Country Dirt Road easement.

11-12-01 01/24/12 Authorizing entering into an Intergovernmental Service Agreement between the Tonto Apache Tribe and Gila County, on behalf of the Gila County Juvenile Detention Center, allowing the Gila County Juvenile Detention Center to provide contracted bed space for tribal juvenile offenders at the negotiated rate of $131.40 per day per juvenile beginning on the effective date through September 30, 2016.
