10-06-05 06/15/10 Pursuant to A.R.S. §28-7203 authorizing a roadway exchange and authorizing the Chairman’s signature on two Quit Claim Deeds.  (Cobre Valley Regional Medical Center by Quit Claim Deed is deeding that property described in Fee Nos. 2010-005546 and 2010-005547, Gila County Records, to Gila County; and Gila County by Quit Claim Deed is deeding a portion of that property described as Parcel A, Record of Survey No. 3533, Gila County Records.)

10-08-01 09/21/10 Approving Planning and Zoning Department Case Z-10-01, in which Neal Nelson, Applicant for owner Milo LeBaron, is requesting a change in zoning from R1-D35 (Residence One with the Density of 35,000 sq. ft) to R1-D35 w/PAD (Residence One with the Density of 35,000 sq. ft with a Planned Area of Development) for Gila County Assessor's Tax Parcel 301-03-015A, Section 29, T12N, R8E located at 9597 W. Juniper in Strawberry, Arizona.
10-08-02 09/21/10 Approving Planning and Zoning Department Case No. CUP-10-02, an application filed by Salado Properties for owner Jennifer King, which is a request for construction of a restaurant, Lake House Grill, to be located on Hwy 188 (across from the currently open Lake House Grill), Gila County Assessor’s Tax Parcel 204-06-005E, Sec. 15, T3N, R13E.  (The Board of Supervisors may consider adopting this Resolution with a stipulation that 8 conditions be included as recommended by the Planning and Zoning Department.)
10-08-03 08/10/10 Authorizing the Board of Supervisors to submit a letter to the Governor of the State of Arizona and a letter to the United States Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) in opposition to the EPA’s recent proposal to designate the area of Hayden, Arizona, as being in nonattainment of the National Ambient Air Quality Standard (NAAQS) for lead.
10-08-04 08/16/10 & 10/05/10 Amended 08-16-10: Setting primary and secondary property tax rates for 2010 for all taxing jurisdictions within Gila County and convey tax rates for all jurisdictions to the County Treasurer.  Adopt Resolution No. 10-08-04 providing for the collection of taxes for all jurisdictions by the County Treasurer for fiscal year 2010-2011.
10-05-10 Amended: Approving an amendment to the "Gila County 2010 Tax Levies and Tax Rate Tables" (including Resolution No. 10-08-04), which were approved by the Board of Supervisors on August 16, 2010, in order to correct the primary tax levy, net assessed value and tax rates for the Globe Unified School District #1.  In addition, the Board does hereby direct the Gila County Treasurer to make corresponding changes in the affected tax bills with the understanding that the Globe Unified School District #1 has agreed to reimburse Gila County for the expenses incurred for calculating, printing and sending revised tax notices.
10-09-01 09/21/10 Approving Planning and Zoning Department Case #LURPP 2010 Amendment, which complies with the requirements of the 2010 State of Arizona SH/HB 1398 as it relates to Federal and State management of land and resources.
10-09-02 09/07/10 Designating Yavapai County Restoration to Competency as Gila County’s primary competency restoration program and authorize the Chairman to sign the Intergovernmental Agreement between Yavapai County and Gila County for restoration to competency services at a cost of $350/day per client for the first day and $250/day for each subsequent client day; the term of the IGA is for the period July 1, 2010, to June 30, 2011, renewable annually for up to three one-year terms by mutual agreement of the parties.
10-09-03 09/07/10 Authorizing the Board of Supervisors to sign an Intergovernmental Agreement with the State of Arizona, Department of Transportation, for Arizona Department of Transportation File No. IGA/JPA 10-1611 for the paving of a portion of Forest Road 512 (Young Road) from SR 260 to Forest Road 291.
