Pfundheller as Trustee of the Lorrie S. Pfundheller Revocable Living Trust and to authorize the Chairman’s signature on the quit claim deed for said disposal.
  09-03-04 03/17/09 Approving Planning and Zoning Department Case No. CPA-08-03, which is an amendment to the Gila County Comprehensive Master Plan.  It shall amend Gila County Assessor’s  tax parcels 303-15-005A and 303-15-005B; Land Use Classification is currently Residential 0.4 to 1.0 du/ac (dwelling units per acre) and will be amended to Residential 1 to 2 du/ac, which allows two (2) dwelling units per acre.   09-03-10 03/31/09 Authorizing the Board of Supervisors to sign an Intergovernmental Agreement (ADOT file no. IGA/JPA 08-1321) between the Arizona Department of Transportation and Gila County for design of a bridge and approaches over Tonto Creek near Punkin Center, Arizona. 
09-04-01 04/28/09 Naming three roads located in Christopher Kohl’s to be called North Little Creek Lane, West Wild Cougar Way and West Bears Lair Drive.  (No opposition has been submitted.)

09-07-02  07/20/09 Authorizing the Sheriff’s Office to submit a Grant Application (Proposal HS-2010 Gila County-119) to the Governor’s Office of Highway Safety for consideration of funds in the amount of $22,149.20 through Arizona’s 2009 Highway Safety Plan and to authorize Sheriff John R. Armer to act as Gila County’s agent with regard to this Grant Application.

09-08-01  08/04/09 Authorizing the submission of a grant application to the Arizona Department of Transportation which is being jointly sought and co-sponsored by the City of Globe in the amount of $521,166 with a match of $29,706 (to be equally split between the City of Globe and Gila County) for Transportation Enhancement Program Round 17 for sidewalks, curbs and gutters along Main Street from U. S. Highway 60 to the intersection of Golden Hill Road.

09-08-03  08/17/09  Simultaneously transferring a non-exclusive franchise license from Tonto Creek Estates Water System to Tonto Creek Utility Company to Tonto Creek Water Company, L.L.C. for a water distribution system which serves Tonto Creek Estates subdivision and Tonto Rim Ranch subdivision.
 09-08-04  08/25/09 Supporting the San Carlos Apache Telecom Inc./Triplet Mountain Communications Inc. (SCATUI/TMCI) project to provide ten (10) miles of fiber optic connectivity between State Route 77 and the Pinal Substation in Gila County, Arizona.
09-08-05   08/25/09 Authorizing Gila County to enter into a line of credit with Great Western Bank for the issuance of letters of credit for the purpose of financial assurance required by ADEQ for Russell Gulch Landfill and Buckhead Mesa Landfill.

09-09-01  09/01/09  Approving Planning and Zoning Department Case No. CUP-09-01, a request by Jeff Johnson authorized agent for Gary Binder, the property owner, for a conditional use permit to utilize an existing amateur radio tower to provide commercial communication services to neighboring properties and emergency service providers from the subject site in the East Verde Estates Community, which is 3 miles north of Payson, Arizona, otherwise known as 234 W. Kings Drive and Assessor’s tax parcel number 302-31-136A.
09-09-02   09/15/09 Consideration and possible adoption of Resolution No. 09-09-02 stating Gila County’s intention to incur a long term obligation; approving the form and authorizing the execution and delivery of necessary documents; approving the sale and execution and delivery of pledged revenue obligations, Series 2009, evidencing a proportionate interest of the owners thereof in the Purchase Agreement; delegating authority to the County Manager or Finance Director of the County to determine certain matters and terms with respect to the foregoing and authorizing the taking of all other actions necessary to the consummation of the transactions contemplated by this resolution.

09-09-06 09-29-09 Approving the disposal of an unnecessary public roadway being a portion of Christopher Creek Loop (Old State Highway 260) and more particularly described as “Area 1” of Record of Survey Map No. 3740, Gila County Records, Gila County, Arizona and to authorize the Chairman’s signature on the Quit Claim Deed for said disposal to Little Creek Land Company, LLC.
09-09-07 09/29/09 Approving the disposal of an unnecessary public roadway being a portion of Nellie Drive, East Verde Park, Official Map No. 144 and more particularly described as “Shaded Area A” and “Shaded Area B” of Record of Survey Map No. 3759, Gila County Records, Gila County, Arizona and to authorize the Chairman’s signature on the Quit Claim Deed for said disposal to Gerald J. Koessler and Nancy M. Koessler. 
09-10-01 10/13/09 Naming a road in Gila County to be called East Horseshoe Springs Road.  The Rural Addressing Department has not received any opposition to this road name.
09-10-02 10/13/09 Approving Planning and Zoning Case No. Z-09-02, a request for a change in zoning from R1-D7 to M1 for tax parcel numbers 207-07-004 and 207-07-005A and a change in zoning from R1-D8 and TR to M1 for tax parcel number 207-23-011G, said parcels being 3 contiguous properties of approximately 25.44 acres owned by Gila County, located due east of the Cobre Valley Community Hospital near Claypool, Arizona, and are intended for future Gila County offices, equipment and material storage and vehicle repair buildings. 
09-10-03 10/20/09 Naming 2 roads in Gila County in the El Capitan area to be called North Silver Creek Road and North Haunted Springs.  The Rural Addressing Department has not received any opposition to these road names.
 09-10-04  10/27/09 Supporting the continuation of the Gila County Specified Enterprise Zone for an additional five years, from October 27, 2009, to October 26, 2014, and to urge the Arizona State Legislature to preserve funding for the Enterprise Zone Program.
 09-11-01 11/03/09 Pursuant to A.R.S. §28-7203, authorizing a roadway exchange whereby Tri-City Fire District by quit claim deed is deeding a portion of parcel no. 203-15-007E to Gila County, and Gila County by quit claim deed is deeding a portion of Hicks Drive adjacent to parcel no. 203-15-007E to Tri-City Fire District; and authorization of the Chairman’s signature on the quit claim deeds. 
 09-11-02  11/03/09 Approving an Intergovernmental Agreement (ADOT File No. IGA/JPA 09-128-I) between the Arizona Department of Transportation and Gila County with estimated project costs of $3,375,000 for the Ice House Canyon Wash Bridge #8193 and Jess Hayes Road Project, and adopting Resolution No. 09-11-02, which authorizes the Chairman to sign said Agreement.
 09-11-03  11/03/09 Approving the disposal of a portion of Golden Way within Inspiration Townsite, Official Map No. 39, Gila County Records, Gila County, Arizona and to authorize the Chairman’s signature on the quit claim deeds to: 1) Susan Kay Friend and Nancy Jane Friend, and 2) Garry M. and Barbara D. Smith. 
 09-11-04 11/03/09 Naming a road in the Tonto Basin area to be called Prickly Pear Way.  The Rural Addressing Department has not received any opposition to this road name.
 09-11-05 11/03/09 Naming a road in the Tonto Basin area to be called East Boney Back Vista.  The Rural Addressing Department has not received any opposition to this road name.
 09-11-06 11/03/09 Naming three (3) roads in the Tonto Basin area to be called North Colcord Cove, East Hidden Lane and East Creekside Circle.  The Rural Addressing Department has not received any opposition to these road names.
 09-12-01 12/01/09 Urging the Governor to establish an unclassified air quality designation for lead particulates in the Towns of Hayden and Winkelman, parts of Gila County, and the Town of Kearny.
 09-12-02 12/15/09 Amending Rule 23.2, Holidays, of the Gila County Merit System Rules and Policies Handbook, designating the fourth Friday in November as a legal holiday in place of the second Monday in October.
 09-12-03  12/15/09 Designating Sheriff’s Office volunteers as temporary employees for the purposes of Workers’ Compensation and liability protection.
09-12-04 12/15/09 Authorizing the installation of regulatory traffic control devices at the intersection of Lufkin Circle at Lufkin Drive.
09-12-05 12/15/09 Officially accepting the portion of Diane Circle and Tract “B” North of O’Brier Drive as shown on Walnut Glen Subdivision, Official Map No. 514, Gila County Records, Gila County, Arizona, into the Gila County maintained roadway system.
