 08-02-05 02/12/08  Opposing the Tonto National Forest's Recreation Facility Analysis 5-Year Proposed Program of Work and Programmatic Results of Implementation.
 08-03-01   03/04/08 Designating Crappie Lane, Maddie Lane, Buckshot Lane, Dropshot Lane, Lunker Lane and Malinut Drive as Country Dirt Roads and accepting said roads into the Gila County Country Dirt Road Maintenance System and to authorize the Chairman's signature on the Country Dirt Road Easements--with attached Exhibit A.

08-04-02 04/01/08 Authorizing the Gila County Housing Authority to submit its Streamlined Annual PHA Plan for Fiscal Year 2008 to the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development and to authorize the Chairman's signature on the Plan.
08-04-03 04/01/08 Authorizing the Gila County Board of Supervisors to sign the County Supervisors Association of Arizona and the Arizona Association of Counties' Resolution No. 1-08 urging opposition to any proposal to shift inmates from the Arizona Department of Corrections to county jails and request that the members of the Arizona State Legislature and the Governor of Arizona resist these proposals.

08-04-05 04/22/08 Authorizing the renewal of Gila County's membership in the Local Government Employee Benefit Trust for a period of 3 years, from July 1, 2008, through June 30, 2011, and appointing trustees to serve during the renewal period.

08-05-02 05/13/08 Accepting the Intergovernmental Agreement (IGA) between the Arizona Department of Transportation and Gila County regarding National Bridge Standards and future bridge inspections in Gila County.  (The IGA was approved by the Board of Supervisors on May 6, 2008.)
08-05-03 05/27/08 Naming a road in Payson to be called Peaceful Lane. 
08-06-01 06/03/08 Approving the extinguishment of a portion of a roadway easement in the Punkin Center area, as shown in Book 60 Real Estate Deeds, Page 58, Gila County Records, also shown on Record of Survey Map No. 58 and Record of Survey Map No. 3564, Gila County Records, Gila County, Arizona. 
08-06-02  06/03/08 Declaring a state of emergency in Gila County due to repetitive flood events along the Tonto Creek and Pinto Creek watersheds, Dripping Springs Wash and Pinal Creek.
08-06-03 06/17/08 Authorizing the adoption of Housing Services Program Guidelines dated June 3, 2008, in relation to an application for FY 2008 State Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) funds for a housing rehabilitation activity.
08-06-04 06/17/08 Authorizing the submission of application(s) for FY 2008 State CDBG funds and State Special Project funds, certifying that application(s) meet the community’s previously identified housing and community needs and requirements of the State CDBG Program, and authorizing all actions necessary to complete and implement activities outlined in the application(s).

08-07-02 07/15/08 Approving Planning and Zoning Department Case No. CUP-08-04, a request for a conditional use permit submitted by Paul and Kendrick Messinger so that tax parcel 304-22-018C may be used as residential to allow cemetery staff  housing.

08/04/08 Amending Resolution No. 06-10-01 – a resolution of the Board of Supervisors to charge in civil cases a $2.00 fee for every writ service on behalf of the Justice of the Peace to be deposited into the Constable Ethics Committee Fund.  On July 1, 2008, the Board of Supervisors took action to increase the writ fee to $5.00; however, a related resolution was not presented at that time.  Repealed on 09/18/2018 replaced by Resolution No. 18-09-01
08-08-02 08/04/08 Authorizing the adoption of the 2008-2009 fiscal year budget for Gila County.
08-08-03 08/07/08 Declaring a state of emergency in Gila County as a result of heavy monsoon rains, which began on July 27, 2008, causing flash floods and erosion conditions.
08-08-04 08/12/08 Approving the application for Arizona Transportation Enhancement Program Round 16 to be utilized for the landscaping and scenic beautification of pedestrian/bus stops in the Pine and Strawberry area in the amount of $309,451 with a matching fund requirement of $17,639 from LTAF (Local Transportation Assistance Funds) and HURF (Highway User Revenue Funds) funds.
08-08-05 08/12/08 Authorizing the Gila County Probation Department’s participation in the FY 2008-2009 Family Counseling Program through the Arizona Supreme Court, Administrative Office of the Courts, Juvenile Justice Services Division, and certifies that a matching fund requirement of $2,328 for the Program will be provided by the County.
08-08-06 08/16/08 Authorizing the submittal of an application on behalf of and in partnership with the Payson Multi-Purpose Senior Center for consideration of funding by the Gila River Indian Community's State-Shared Revenue Program.  On July 15, 2008, the Board of Supervisors authorized the submittal of the grant application; however, the resolution was not presented at that time. 
08-09-01 09/09/08 Supporting the Town of Payson’s and northern Gila County communities’ access to and use of the water allocation identified in the Arizona Water Settlement Act of 2004, P.L. 108-451, and proposing a financial partnership with the Town of Payson to construct a pipeline for that purpose.
08-09-02 09/09/08 Designating Matt Bolinger as Applicant Agent and authorizing him to execute for and on behalf of Gila County any documents for the purpose of obtaining certain federal and state financial assistance under the Disaster Relief Act (Public Law 288, 93rd Congress) and the appropriate Arizona Revised Statutes, or otherwise available from the President’s Disaster Relief Fund.
08-09-03 09/09/08 Authorizing the submission of a grant application in the amount $48,447.38 by the Public Works Division to the Arizona Department of Transportation (ADOT) for application to the Local Transportation Assistance Fund (LTAF II) to assist in eligible transit related projects that are qualified under ADOT guidelines.

Edwards for said exchange and transfer of ownership.

08-12-03 12/09/08 Authorizing the Chairman’s signature on an Intergovernmental Agreement with the Arizona Department of Transportation (JPA File No. 07-1091) regarding appropriation standards for railroad crossing-related appurtenances on Bixby Road in Gila County.
08-12-04 12/09/08 Authorizing the Sheriff’s Office to submit a FY 2009 Law Enforcement and Boating Safety Fund Grant Application in the amount of $261,281.00 to the Arizona State Parks Board and to authorize the Chairman’s signature on the Participant Application for said Grant.
08-12-05 12/06/08 Approving Planning and Zoning Department Case No. Z-08-03, a zoning request submitted by Lynnie A.
