| Mission Statement "To enhance existing Training Programs and/or develop new Training Programs and Service Delivery Systems to better meet the immediate and long term need of the local area, develop job training and curricula in concert with the input and needs of existing employers and businesses , and consider the anticipated demand for targeted job opportunities as specified at the local level, eliminate program redundancy and provide easier access to clients, and to support Arizona Strategic Five Year State Workforce Investment Plan to ensure that the Legislative Intent of the Workforce Act of 1998 in adhered to." - Through the Enactment of the Workforce Investment Act of 1988 (WIA), the Gila/Pinal Workforce Investment Board (WIB) governs the Adult, Youth and Dislocated Worker programs.
- The Workforce Investment Board (WIB) is represented by business, education, labor, community based organizations, economic development, and One-Stop Partners.
- Adult, Youth and Dislocated Worker services are available to Gila and Pinal County residents
- Central Arizona Association of Governments (CAAG) provides services to the Youth and Adults and Gila County REPAC provides services to the Dislocated Workers
- The Workforce Investment Department staff oversees the Comprehensive One-Stop sites located at:
