- Household’s annual income must not exceed 50% of State Housing Fund Income Guidelines for Gila County
- All family members aged six and over must provide a Social Security Number
- Family must provide Birth Certificates on all members
- Citizenship status eligibility must be determined
- All adult household members must pass a criminal background and fingerprint screening
- Local residents have preference
- Waiting period of at least 15 to 36 months
- Gila County currently has 53 vouchers
