This program is designed to assist property owners with minor repairs to their homes. The limited home repair program is funded through the Arizona Community Action.
Eligibility: - Must own and occupy the home and property as a primary residence all year long.
- Must meet State Housing Fund Income Guidelines (below)
- Mortgage payment, propety taxes and homeowners insurance payments must be current
at the time of application for services.
Examples of limited home repairs: - Health and Safety emergency repairs to heating or cooling systems, water heaters,
including emergency gas piping repairs.
- Repair or Install new heating and/or cooling systems
- Repair and replacement of roofing
- Install insulation
- Electrical repairs and upgrades
