WASTEWATER DEPARTMENT - SEPTIC PUMPERS

Septic Pumpers are inspected on a yearly basis by Environmental Health Specialists to ensure the vehicles are operated safely and are adhering to public health standards.

All of the above establishments shall complete an annual Application – Permit to Operate and pay the required fee.  Upon completion of the application and the payment of the fee, a ¬Permit to Operate will be issued.  The Permit to Operate certifies that the person or establishment named on the permit has complied with the requirements of the Gila County Ordinance and Arizona Administrative Rules and Regulations pertaining to the operation and to the location listed.  A permit is non-transferable from person to person and must be posted in a conspicuous place.
