WASTEWATER DEPARTMENT – PUBLIC RECORD REQUESTS On June 20, 2000, the Board of Supervisors adopted a county-wide policy for public record requests, which was revised 5/05. If you are looking for information on a particular piece of property, you can fill out the proper Public Record Request form: • Verified Statement of Commercial Purpose
• Verified Statement of Non-Commercial Purpose The Public Record Request Verified Statement of Commercial Purpose would be utilized by realtors, septic pumping companies, etc. The form must be notarized and the cost is $.25 per page. The Public Record Request Verified Statement of Non-Commercial Purpose would be utilized by homeowners. There is no fee charged for a homeowner. Once we receive a completed Public Record Request Form for Wastewater records we will process the request. Please note, all septic records are filed by Assessor’s Parcel Number (APN).
