Gila County´s Administrative Services Department provides Mail Room and Telephone Operator/Receptionist services at the Gila County Courthouse in Globe, Arizona. Jo Nelle Greenwalt, Bethel Bennett and Ginger Horta are available to assist you 8:00 am – 5:00 pm Monday through Friday.Mail Room Services:

Switchboard/Board of Supervisors Receptionist:
The Courthouse switchboard is located at the entrance of the Board of Supervisors offices. Our Operator/Receptionist greets and provides directions to Courthouse visitors, routes incoming calls to the various County departments, provides County-related information that is of a general nature, and maintains a current directory of extensions.
